Get ready for an island adventure like no other with SUP Yoga! practicing yoga on a stand-up paddle board while floating on the crystal-clear ocean waters.
We kick off our classes with a fun gathering on the beach, where we introduce you to our awesome floating yoga studio. Together, we’ll walk out to our pre-anchored SUP boards, which are specially designed to stay stable even in the wind and waves. Our certified SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts off gently, allowing you to get comfortable with the floating surface. From there, we’ll move into an invigorating flow that will make you feel alive! And when it’s time to cool down, we’ll pamper you with restorative postures and Savasana lets you take sky above you, the sea below you, surrounded by the beauty of nature, the warmth of the sun, and a hint of salt in the air.
Don’t worry about age restrictions, as SUP Yoga is open to everyone as long as you can swim and be on a board of your own. You’ll find us on the beach between the Ritz Carlton and the lively Fisherman’s Huts. Remember to arrive 15 minutes early so you can fully immerse yourself in the awesomeness that awaits you.
